Sevensedie

Sevensedie furniture is made by Sevensedie in Cerea, near Verona. VC Gallery is an authorized Sevensedie dealer: orders are placed directly with the company and each piece is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

• Authorized dealer. We order every piece from Sevensedie; nothing comes from third-party stock.
• Made to order in Italy. Every piece is produced in Italy after your order is confirmed.

If you are comparing Sevensedie against unauthorized resellers, send us the model name and we will confirm it against the current Sevensedie catalogue.

Sevensedie pieces are made to order after your order is confirmed, then delivered across Italy and Europe. Because each order is different in size, weight and configuration, delivery is calculated separately and included in your quote.

• Quote-based. Send us your model list and delivery address, and we return the delivery cost with the quote.
• Made to order. The lead time is shown on each product page; for most pieces it is currently 8 weeks.
• Outside Europe. The United Kingdom, the United States and the rest of the world are served on request.

Sevensedie was founded in 1965 by Diego Piva, who opened a small woodworking workshop in Cerea, near Verona, to make wooden chairs. Today the company is led by Massimo, Federico and Luca, who keep the original focus on quality while bringing in new technology.

Skilled craftspeople work alongside modern machinery. Sevensedie buys wood only from suppliers that practise reforestation, and its plant runs on a solar power system. From a chair workshop the range has grown into chairs, armchairs, sofas, tables, sideboards and complete interiors. Explore the full Sevensedie furniture range.

Sevensedie covers a wider stylistic range than most Italian chair makers, from classic to contemporary, for homes as well as hotels and restaurants.

• Chair-first heritage. The company started with wooden chairs, and chairs are still the largest part of the catalogue.
• Classic. Hand-carved details and gold or silver leaf, as on the Chiara chair.
• Contemporary. Clean lines and polished or lacquered finishes, as on the Ellipse and Moon tables.
• Made to measure. Most pieces can be ordered in different wood finishes and upholstery.

The catalogue spans chairs, armchairs, sofas, dining tables, coffee tables and sideboards, but a handful of pieces define the brand.

• Dante. The Dante upholstered dining chair, with a small armchair version, blends classic lines with contemporary comfort.
• Chiara. The Chiara high-back chair has a hand-carved backrest and front legs, with optional gold or silver leaf.
• Kalo. The Kalo sofa comes as a three-seater or a sofa bed.
• Butterfly. The Butterfly sideboard, for example in white wash with Venezia gold leaf or in white walnut.
• Ellipse. The Ellipse family, with a cherry wood dining table with two extensions and a matching sideboard.

Because every piece is made to order, most Sevensedie models can be configured in wood finish and upholstery.

1. Confirm the room and use. Dining wants Dante or Chiara chairs and a dining table; living wants a Kalo or Nubes sofa.
2. Choose the finish. Browse the Sevensedie finishes, from natural wood to lacquer and gold or silver leaf.
3. Pick the upholstery. Fabric, leather or eco-leather; see the Sevensedie materials.
4. Plan the lead time. Shown on each product page, currently 8 weeks for most pieces.
