Who is the trade program for?
For interior designers, architects, developers and hospitality studios working on projects where quality and coordination matter. We review each application individually.
What do you need from me to apply?
Your business name, VAT number and contact email. A CV, portfolio or business licence uploaded with the form helps us respond faster and shape the right conditions for your practice.
How long does approval take?
A few working hours. If the picture is clear from your application, you receive your conditions in the same reply.
What happens after I apply?
We review your application and email you the decision. Once you are approved, your trade conditions appear in your account and your dedicated manager contacts you right away.
Can I use my account while my application is reviewed?
Yes. You can sign in right away and start a project, saving the pieces you are considering. Trade prices and all account features open as soon as you are approved.
Does the trade account cost anything?
No. Joining is free and there is nothing to commit to: you use your conditions when a project calls for it.
What are the trade conditions?
Conditions are defined per account and per project, not published on the page. Once you are approved, your dedicated contact walks you through what applies to your work.

Can pieces be customized?
Chain and drop length can be adjusted on request. For other adjustments (finish, dimensions, materials), send the SKU and our specialist confirms what is possible and how long it takes.
How does delivery work across Europe?
Lighting is delivered across continental Europe, typically within two weeks, and is included on orders above 2,500 euro. Furniture is quoted per project because pieces travel from different ateliers. The UK is handled by Visual Comfort directly.
Can I bring my client to the Milan showroom?
Yes. The showroom on Via Filippo Turati 3 is set up for professional visits, including client presentations. Book through your contact and we prepare the pieces, finishes and material samples that fit the brief.
