VC Gallery is an authorized dealer of SKLD Studio outdoor furniture in Milan. We deliver SKLD Studio to Italy and across Europe in 7–14 days for pieces in stock. Delivery costs €400 per cubic metre of furniture and is free when the Skyline Design and SKLD Studio part of your order is over €7,000. Larger projects are quoted individually.

How it works. Skyline Design and SKLD Studio are counted together, because they come from the same manufacturer. Other brands in the same order, such as Visual Comfort, are calculated separately and added at checkout. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

How SKLD Studio orders reach you

After you place your order, our sales team confirms it with you by email. We prepare the shipment, and once it's handed to the carrier, you receive a tracking link. Pieces in stock are delivered to your address in Italy and across Europe in 7–14 days. If a piece is not in stock, the product page shows when it ships.

Each product page also says whether the piece needs assembly. Where it does, assembly is simple and instructions are included.

How much does SKLD Studio delivery cost?

Outdoor furniture is bulky, so delivery is calculated on volume rather than order value: €400 per cubic metre of furniture, based on the volume of each piece in our catalogue. Delivery is free when the Skyline Design and SKLD Studio part of your order is over €7,000.

For a villa, hotel, rooftop or any order with many pieces, send us the product list or a layout and the delivery address. We quote delivery for the whole project, including islands and hard-to-reach sites.

Delivery time starts from order confirmation. If a piece is not in stock, the product page shows when it ships.

Do I pay customs or import duties?

EU countries and Monaco: no. The price on the site includes VAT, and there are no customs formalities for you. You pay the site price plus delivery, and nothing on delivery.

Switzerland, Norway and other non-EU European countries: yes, on delivery. These are Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Andorra, Vatican City, Serbia, North Macedonia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Kosovo. At checkout you pay the delivery cost only. When the shipment reaches your country, local VAT (Switzerland 8.1%, Norway 25%), any import duty and the carrier's fee are collected from you. The exact amount is set by your customs authority, so we cannot calculate it in advance.

Islands and special territories. Islands are quoted on request. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, local import taxes may also be collected on delivery. The United Kingdom is also quoted on request: UK VAT (20%), any import duty and the carrier fee are paid on delivery. Please contact us before ordering.

VAT on SKLD Studio orders

Private buyer in the EU The displayed price includes VAT. You pay the site price plus delivery, nothing else.
Business buyer in another EU country with a valid EU VAT number The order is invoiced without Italian VAT under the EU reverse-charge rule. Send your VAT number to our sales team by email or WhatsApp before checkout, or ask for a formal quotation. We validate the number in VIES, issue the invoice with reverse charge, and you account for VAT in your own country. Businesses based in Italy are invoiced with Italian VAT.
Buyer in Switzerland, Norway or another non-EU country The displayed price applies. Local VAT, any import duty and the carrier's fee are paid on delivery, as described above.

What to do on delivery day

SKLD Studio furniture travels in protective packaging. Even so, the most important step is checking the shipment on arrival.

Photograph the packaging from all sides before opening, including the shipping label.
If the packaging shows visible damage, open it in the presence of the driver.
Check every piece for scratches, dents, bent frames, damaged weave or torn fabric, and count the packages against the delivery note.
If you find damage, do not sign the delivery note as accepted in good condition: sign it with a reservation and describe the problem on the note.
Do not assemble or use the furniture until you are sure it is intact.
Report any damage to VC Gallery with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Why this matters. The carrier accepts transport damage claims only when they are reported within 48 hours of delivery. After that, the damage can no longer be covered by the carrier's insurance. Details are in our claims policy.

Returns and claims

Returns (change of mind) Not available for SKLD Studio furniture. Please check dimensions, finishes and the space before ordering; our sales team can help by email, WhatsApp or in the Milan showroom.
Factory defect A frame, weave, fabric or finishing defect or a similar production issue. Send us photos and a description. Depending on the case, we arrange a repair, a replacement part or a replacement piece. Return shipping is free.
Transport damage Scratches, dents, bent frames or torn fabric found on delivery. Photograph and report within 48 hours. We open the claim and arrange the replacement. Return shipping is free.
Wrong item If you received a different product, finish or size from your order, we arrange a free exchange.
