An individual quote for your destination
We welcome enquiries for furniture and lighting orders to the United Kingdom, the United States and other countries outside Europe, including made-to-order furniture. Availability depends on the selected products, destination and applicable restrictions. We confirm whether we can fulfil your request before you proceed.
Delivery is paid for separately by the customer. There is no single shipping rate for these destinations: we calculate transport for your specific order and address.
What to include in your request
To help us prepare your quote, please provide:
- Products: links or model references, quantities and any requested furniture customisation.
- Destination: country, city, postcode and full delivery address.
- Timing: your preferred delivery period or project deadline.
- Carrier address, if applicable: the delivery address of your chosen carrier or freight forwarder.
Customisation options and production timing are confirmed for the selected furniture. Please include any drawings or dimensions relevant to your request.

Taxes and customs
United Kingdom: UK VAT (20%), any import duty and the carrier's fee are paid on delivery.
United States and other countries: local taxes, any import duty and the carrier's fee are paid on delivery.
The exact amount is set by the customs authority of your country, so we cannot calculate it in advance. Before you confirm the order, we clarify what the quote includes and which payments remain your responsibility.
Delivery arrangements and your own carrier
You may use your own carrier or freight forwarder. In that case, provide their receiving address as the delivery address so that we can prepare the quote accordingly.
Production and transport timing are confirmed individually in the quote.
Choosing lighting for your country
You are responsible for checking that the selected lighting is suitable for the electrical supply and installation requirements in the country where it will be used. Before ordering, check voltage, frequency, connection type, dimming compatibility and any locally required approvals with your installer.
Do not assume that a fixture is suitable for your country simply because international delivery can be arranged. Specify the exact model and version when requesting your quote.
Destination restrictions
Visual Comfort & Co. cannot be supplied to the United Kingdom and the United States through VC Gallery. In other countries outside Europe, Visual Comfort is available on request. Countries subject to applicable sanctions are excluded, and all other destinations remain subject to confirmation for the selected products.
